Why is my Disney Crossy Road figure not fitting on the stand?

Not all figures come with a stand but for those that do rest assured that the stand will match the figure it comes with perfectly. When attaching a figure to the stand the character’s feet should be standing flat on the base of the stand. If any of the characters are “floating” above the stand then you’ve likely connected a smaller character with a different figurine’s stand, intended for larger characters. Try shuffling the stands to different characters so that each character matches with the proper sized stand.
